GLOSSA Personnel Solutions is an authorised company for personnel placement and a member of the iGZ e.V. (German Association of Temporary Employment Agencies). The iGZ/DGB collective labour agreement is the basis for, but by no means the limit of, all benefits and conditions.

Entrants

University graduates used to work in industrial placements to gain professional experience and contacts. These placements often lasted for several months and it was not certain if the person was going to be taken on. Today, temporary placement with better payment is often preferred. This type of employment offers a chance to stretch out the phase of professional orientation. Statistically, about 30 percent of trainees are taken over by the company thanks to their variety of skills. In fact, this also applies to persons returning to work. Temporary employment is an important instrument for women to assist them with their reintegration into the labour market after a period of parental leave and to refresh their skills.

Personnel placement allows older, well-trained employees, especially those employed in one company for many years, to use their experiences to full effect again. This may be a springboard to interesting and future-proofed companies and to be taken on eventually.
